Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the pkrbat website located at https://pkrbat.vip (the "Platform"), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkrbat ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the pkrbat Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkrbat strictly prohibits use of its services by individuals under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of pkrbat or any of its associated group companies.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntary or compulsory, that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

pkrbat reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration & KYC

To access the betting and gaming services offered by pkrbat, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing maintenance:

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual person may hold only one active pkrbat account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. pkrbat employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, pkrbat reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and confiscate balances and bonuses.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pkrbat is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account used for deposits.

pkrbat aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Enhanced due diligence may apply for high-volume accounts or where suspicious activity is detected.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify pkrbat immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pkrbat will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

pkrbat supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit ("same source rule"). This rule exists to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of the Platform. KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is approved. pkrbat reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 50,000.

4.3 No Fees

pkrbat does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which pkrbat accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. pkrbat reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month against dormant account balances after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Balances falling to zero will result in account closure.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the pkrbat Platform, including cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi, tennis, basketball, and all other sports markets offered from time to time.

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify that your intended bet has been correctly recorded. pkrbat accepts no liability for bets that were not successfully transmitted due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and vary by sport, event, and market type. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. pkrbat reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its absolute discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds on in-play markets change rapidly and are subject to suspension or withdrawal at any time. pkrbat will not be liable for delays in bet acceptance that result from network latency, system load, or broadcast delays.

5.4 Void Bets

pkrbat reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where: (a) the bet was placed in error at an incorrect price due to a technical fault; (b) the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; (c) there is clear evidence of match manipulation or corruption; (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are refunded at the original stake.

5.5 Cricket Markets

Cricket is the primary sport on the pkrbat Platform. Specific cricket betting rules — including PSL match conditions, DLS method application, and Super Over provisions — are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the Platform. These supplement the general betting rules in this section and, in the event of conflict, the Cricket Betting Rules shall prevail for cricket markets.

Casino Games

pkrbat offers a casino suite comprising over 1,200 games including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and table games provided by third-party software developers. The following terms apply to casino gameplay.

6.1 Game Rules

Each casino game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific game rules before wagering real money. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates to a specific game mechanic, in which case the game rules shall govern.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. pkrbat is not responsible for any losses or inconvenience caused by technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 RNG Certification

All non-live casino games on the pkrbat Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are provided by licensed studio operators and streamed in real time. pkrbat does not manipulate game outcomes.

Bonuses & Promotions

pkrbat offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above with a fully verified pkrbat account.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, per device IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• pkrbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

pkrbat employs risk monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and placing bets that do not contribute meaningfully toward wagering requirements. Where abuse is detected, pkrbat reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrbat Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Creating or operating more than one pkrbat account.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform's software, odds engine, or RNG system.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pkrbat staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your pkrbat account by any third party.

Responsible Gaming

pkrbat is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pkrbat account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over any rolling period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic notifications showing your session duration and net gaming position.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrbat Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game code, and the pkrbat brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkrbat or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pkrbat.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrbat, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform's operation caused by events beyond pkrbat's reasonable control.
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores, or event data provided by third-party data feeds.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform that does not constitute a confirmed bet.
• Any gambling losses, as participation in betting and gaming activities carries inherent financial risk.

pkrbat's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

pkrbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal from your payment provider.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Account inactivity combined with an inability to contact the registered account holder.

You may close your pkrbat account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (subject to meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, provided KYC has been completed.

Privacy & Data

pkrbat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkrbat will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and responsible gaming registries is shared solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform securely and in compliance with applicable obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

pkrbat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation.

The "Effective Date" and "Version" displayed in the hero section of this page are updated each time a revision is published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law principles. In the event of a dispute, pkrbat encourages players to first contact the support team directly to seek an amicable resolution.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support contact, you may escalate the matter by writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". pkrbat commits to acknowledging formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

All formal complaints and dispute resolution processes will be conducted in English. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
